Can I change my booking?

You can amend all bookings up to 2 hours prior to your booked entry time.

There is no charge for amending a booking up to 2 hours prior to you booked entry time.

The simplest way to amend a booking is to visit the Booking Website and click on Manage my Booking .  From there you will be asked for you email and Booking Reference Number.

Amending a booking by this method will ensure that the credit card you used to make the original payment will be refunded. Completion of the amendment process will result in a cancellation of your original booking and replacement by a new car park booking. Refunds are processed by the website immediately, however please allow several days for the refund to be fully processed by your card issuing bank.

If you have an Account login and password...

Alternatively, if you have created an account and have a login and password, you can visit the "My Account" section after logging in at This will enable you to change personal details including licence plate which will take effect for existing bookings if required. 

If for any reason you are unable to cancel or amend your booking on the website, please Contact Us. Ensure you include your name and Booking Reference in any communications with us.
