Yes, you can amend bookings up to 2 hours before your booked entry time for free.
To amend a booking:
- Visit the Booking Website and click on "Manage my Booking ."
- Enter your email and Booking Reference Number.
This method ensures a
refund to the credit card used for the original payment. The original booking will be canceled and replaced by a new one. Refunds are processed immediately but may take several days to appear in your account.
Have a login?
If you have an account, login at prebook.adelaideairport.com.au and go to "My Account" to change personal details, including your license plate, which will apply to existing bookings.
If you cannot amend your booking online, please contact us with your name and Booking Reference.
