- Need to cancel or change your booking? Visit, Manage My Booking. You can cancel or amend your booking free of charge up to 2 hours before you arrive.
- Need to extend your booking? Simply tap your QR code at exit and pay. Any additional time parked beyond the booking period will incur charges at a rate determined by the initial parking charge paid for your reservation.
- Want to request a refund? Complete the Refund Request Form.
