What if I lose my credit card while parked?

All online bookings at Adelaide Airport now use QR codes to enter and exit the car park. You can scan your QR code by either opening the email on your phone,  saving the QR code to your mobile wallet, or scanning a print out of your booking confirmation email. If you have an online booking and lose your credit card simply head to the exit gate and scan the QR code in your booking confirmation to exit the car park.

If you choose not to pre-book your parking, you can enter the car park by tapping your  credit card at the entry gate. If you have entered the car park in this way and lose your credit card, when exiting the car park please proceed to the exit gate then press and hold the Help button to contact our Customer Service staff. A team member will talk you through exiting the car park.
