What happens if I need to cancel my booking?

You can cancel your bookings easily online up to 2 hours prior to your booked entry time.

The simplest way to cancel a booking is to visit the Booking Website and click on Manage my Booking. From there you will be asked for you email and Booking Reference Number. You will need to enter BOTH pieces of information to retrieve your booking. Your Booking Reference Number can be found on the original booking confirmation that was emailed to you following your original booking.

Cancelling a booking by this method will ensure that the credit card you used to make the original payment will be refunded. Refunds are processed by the website immediately, however please allow several days for the refund to be fully processed by your card issuing bank.

If for any reason you are unable to cancel your booking on the website, please Contact Us. Ensure you include your name and Booking Reference Number in any communications with us.
