You can cancel your booking online up to 2 hours before your entry time.
To cancel,
- Visit "Manage my Booking"
- Enter your email and Booking Reference Number (found in your confirmation email).
This will ensure a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are processed immediately but may take a few days to appear on your card. If you can't cancel online, contact customer service with your name and Booking Reference Number.
