What happens if I forget or lose my booking confirmation?

Your Booking Confirmation email contains a QR code needed to enter and exit the car park. You can scan this QR code from your phone, mobile wallet, or a printout.

If you lose your confirmation email, get a new copy by searching in "Manage My Booking " or logging into your account.
For assistance, contact customer service at 08 8308 9211 during business hours before arriving at the airport.
