Your Booking Confirmation contains your QR entry code so you will need this to enter or exit the car park. You can scan your QR code by either opening the email on your phone, saving the QR code to your mobile wallet, or scanning a print out of your booking confirmation email.
If you have misplaced your booking confirmation email you can obtain a new copy by searching for your booking at Manage My Booking
, or by Logging in
to your account. If you have trouble obtaining a new copy of your booking confirmation please contact our customer service team on 08 8308 9211 during business hours prior to arriving at the airport.
