How do I know that my booking has been placed?

Shortly after placing your order you will receive a Booking Confirmation via email containing a Booking Reference Number confirming all your details and your QR code to enter and exit the car park. The Booking Confirmation email also serves as your Tax Invoice.

If you do not receive confirmation within a few minutes of placing your order, please check your junk or spam folders or contact our customer services team for assistance.

After your booking has been placed you can view your booking by visiting the Adelaide Airport Car Park Booking Site and simply clicking on Manage my Booking .
