Is the car park open during lockdown?
Yes. As the airport is considered critical infrastructure, our car parks will remain fully operational over this time for new and returning customers.

My travel has been extended due to the restrictions - do I need to extend my car park booking?
If circumstances result in your stay extending past your booked exit time, the additional time parked will be charged at a rate based on the original Parking Charge. You do not need to extend your booking. Tap or insert your credit card when exiting the car park and the calculation and payment will follow automatically.

My travel has been shortened as a result of the restrictions – am I eligible for a refund on my car park booking?
Pre-booking customers who have had their travel shortened as a result of the COVID restrictions can apply for a customer credit equal to the value of any unused parking. Please contact Customer Service during business hours on [email protected] to apply for a customer credit.

What happens to my upcoming booking?
For customers wishing to change future car parking bookings, this can be done online up to two hours prior to the booking time. The simplest way to cancel a booking is to visit Manage My Booking . From there you will be asked for your email and Booking Reference Number. You will need to enter BOTH pieces of information to retrieve your booking. Your Booking Reference Number can be found on the original booking confirmation that was emailed to you following your original booking. Cancelling a booking by this method will ensure that the credit card you used to make the original payment will be refunded. Refunds are processed by the website immediately, however please allow several days for the refund to be fully processed by your card issuing bank.
